Direct Hire Placement:

We understand how critical it is to make the correct hiring decisions the first time. e-STAFF wants to create a synergy between company and staff that allows our clients to outperform their competition. Our team of recruiters spend countless hours “sweating the details” so that you can rest assured that our candidates are committed to your company, position, targeted salary, benefits and additional perks. We fully disclose our client’s names and locations, unless specifically requested not to do so by our clients. No candidate shall ever be submitted to your organization without having given e-STAFF express permission to be submitted to your company. We back our process with a guarantee on our candidates performance, and provide you with flexible “finders fees”, including volume discounts for multiple placements within a calendar year.

Payroll Services:

Payroll services offer our clients a low-cost alternative that saves cash flow and reduces direct labor costs. We introduce ourselves to your pre-determined hires and walk them through our new hire process. We will explain to them that we pay our consultants weekly, and provide them with health care options, retirement plans and accrued vacation time. In turn, our clients are billed a minimal administrative cost above the cost of the Consultant, and offered the flexibility to retain the employee as they see fit.
