Payroll services offer our clients a low-cost alternative that saves cash flow and reduces direct labor costs. We introduce ourselves to your pre-determined hires and walk them through our new hire process. We will explain to them that we pay our consultants weekly, and provide them with health care options, retirement plans and accrued vacation time. In turn, our clients are billed a minimal administrative cost above the cost of the Consultant, and offered the flexibility to retain the employee as they see fit.
