Cybersecurity Analyst

e-Staff is seeking a cybersecurity professional who will use internal standards and associated security controls to assess security risks and vulnerabilities of software and equipment.  This role will increase the speed of secure delivery and reduce the risk of a data breach by eliminating high-risk vulnerabilities in systems. 

We are looking for a security professional with a history of the administration of security platforms which impact a critical systems and networks. You should have experience monitoring and assessing vulnerability and cyber security events and driving their remediation to secure and protect critical business products. You should be well-versed in security tools used to scan and detect attacks and vulnerabilities, and have demonstrable proficiency with monitoring computing resources and networks for evidence of vulnerabilities and compromise.


Required Skills:

  • Experience with vulnerability scanning, SAST (Static Application Security Testing), SIEM (Security and Information Event Management), and security automation (PowerShell or other scripting language)
  • Experience with auditing, quality assurance, software testing including threat and vulnerability management
  • Experience with security and control frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27000, NIST 800-53, Critical Security Controls (CSC)
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc. 
  • Vulnerability Assessment, Threat Assessment, Security Analyst, Security Testing, SAST, SIEM, PowerShell, Security Audit, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27000, CSC, CISSP, CISM, GIAC
